1. Booking and Payments

By booking a stay at Îkü Amazon Reserve, you agree to pay the total amount specified during the checkout process. Payments are processed securely via Bold or PayPal. Your reservation is only confirmed once the payment is successfully processed.

2. Cancellation Policy

• • Cancellations made 15 days or more before check-in: 100% refund.
• • Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days before check-in: 50% refund.
• • Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in: No refund.
• • No-shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation.

3. Nature and Safety Risks

Îkü Reserve is located in a remote jungle environment. By visiting, guests acknowledge the inherent risks of nature, including wildlife encounters and weather-related changes. Guests are responsible for having their own travel insurance and required vaccinations (Yellow Fever is highly recommended).

4. Guest Conduct

We respect the Tikuna indigenous community and the ecosystem. Any behavior that harms the environment, local culture, or other guests will result in immediate eviction without refund.
